Frequently Asked Questions and Answers - FORMULA III LOTION

Q
Formula III Lotion

Skin Care and FAQ - by Ina K. Tate

What is the best way to cleanse the skin before applying Formula III?

A

1. Cleanse the face with soap and water or a cleansing cream if you normally use one.

2. Follow with 3% hydrogen peroxide soaked in cotton balls. Use a gentle, massaging motion. The peroxide restores the skin to it's natural acid condition.

3. Place a hot towel on the face and neck for 30 seconds to open up the pores of the skin.

4. Apply the Formula III lotion over the entire face and neck. A reddening of the face is normal due to the vasodilation by the niacin (Vitamin B-3). The helps bring the blood to the surface where Langerhans cells (macrophages) detoxify and regenerate the skin. This normal biological response is activated by the Beta 1,3-D glucan, Acemannan, and MSM. (see tri-fold brochure #1030)

5. In some cases a skin peeling occurs the first time Formula III is used. It's recommend that you keep using Formula III as the skin regeneration will proceed more effectively.

Q What if the skin is dry or oily? Is there a difference in the application?
A No. The Formula III works for both conditions because of the nutritional ingredients in the product plus the immune response by the Langerhans cells.

Q What if I am seeing a dermatologist for a skin disease? Will Formula III interfere?
A Your physician or dermatologist is the medical expert and should be consulted if a serious skin disease is present.

Q Can Formula III be used as a sunscreen?
A Although the Beta 1,3-D glucan in the Formula III serves to prophylactically protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet radiation, it does not take the place of a sunscreen.

Q What about the cost of Formula III?
A We believe the best on the market! Of course it depends on what you're comparing it with but generally speaking its less expensive and more effective. For example, Este'e Lauder has just introduced a skin formula with time-release Retinol (Vitamin A) to reduce wrinkles and age spots. It sells for $47.50 for just 1 once! Formula III sells for just $39.95 (wholesale )for 8 ounces.
